    Ricoh 2060 losing settings

    I have a Ricoh 2060 that has now reset the meter counter twice, lost its I.P. Address and various printer settings and scan to email settings (address book), i suspect it maybe a dodgy NVRAM, also when i unplugged and reseated connectors i got sc 870-9. (that went away after a reboot)

    Any ideas?
    Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

      I used to work on a Xerox machine (5322 I think) that used to suffer from a very similar problem, that was caused by the paper feed assembly not being earthed (grounded), check all the earths in the machine
