MP2550 no feed jam 003

Hi all, has anyone have a non-feed jam on tray #1 ? I replaced lift motor, spring, whole tray, feed roller but no luck.. It still not feed out of tray#1. Tray 2,3,& 4 are working perfectly. Anyone have this problem before?

Check if the tray 1 size sensor has dislodged. That can cause this issue.

It's almost like there's a search function that you can use to find such things, isn't it?

Sometimes jam 003 is the roller clutch of paper station on the back on the mfp together i replaced 2 roller clutch of relay roller.

Thank you all for your effort. It was the sensor.
