ricoh 3235c low printing color intensity

hi there, in ricoh 3235c when printing under high quality color resolution,and driver RPCS, the result printed
photos are so paled with low intensity , also rear side of the page is lighter especially in cian .
but in color copies it seems high intensity ,very good color quality.
how can i adjust color intensity in printing condition , also rear side color degradation problem..thank you

Have you run the color calibration? How did that ones look?

Run a colour test pattern from printer SP, 1103-002 (I think). How does that look?

You could also do a toner refresh and a PCU refresh (if this model has the latter).

As previously said, calibrate the machine in user tools for all 4 operations.

Check whether "toner save" is turned on in the driver.

And post a sample.

Do a memory clear, printer application only (SP5801-008), do not do an all clear

hi, the color test chart is okay , but still printing is pale and uneven color at rear side ,drums seem not
in a good condition , how can i refresh , also there is a message ( you do not have the privileged to use this
function) how can i reset this function , finally gamma readings in sp print is 15 for all colors its stored in ram
how can i change so thank you for help

If that machine has the forced refresh adjustments in service mode, you will find them at the end of the SP3 service modes. I'm a Lanier tech and don't have the model cross reference handy, sorry about that. But for what it is worth, the last machines I've seen that had the forced refresh were the LD328c family. Any machine newer then that doesn't have a forced refresh adjustment that I can find.
You don't need to worry about those gamma readings, they are only for scan/copy mode, and changing them only works if the scanned/copied image is evenly too light or too dark.
By the way, if you have time, what's the latest process control result?
