aficio 1035 insufficient memory 4128

Hello, my problem is the following, when I want to scan documents from pc,monitor says insufficient memory 4128 close other aplications.It is a ricoh aficio 1035 , it uses desktopbinder and twain driver ver 3.Where is the problem in pc or copier ? thanks.

Do you have administrator priveleges? This is usually the cause of this error (it is computer side). Make sure you have installed the TWAIN driver on the computer you are scanning to and not sharing. If all else fails, try installing ScanRouter instead: ScanRouter

Admin privaleges yes, Desktop Binder(DTB) and Scan Router Lite or Pro (SRL,SRP) NO. not supported by Ricoh for several years now in the USA. Bad idea if on win 7......

And yes the error is on the PC side as ruben said.

I reinstalled desktopbinder and twain ,but I have the same problem, display says insufficient memory,what can ido to solve this problem thanks.

I installed desktopbinder and twain v3 on another pc and the problem is the same, display says insufficient memory,I wait for your help thanks

Use VMWARE, install windows 2000 and scanrouter lite. It only supports 98/2000/me
