    Hi all.
    Can anyone please tell me the procedure for entering maintenance menu & resetting sc543 on this printer.

      You have to use the Smart Organising Monitor (SOM) tool on the printer driver to access service mode on these machines. The procedure is listed in the service manual.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
