Scanning issue - default users not transferring from wim to device?

Hey all,

Title pretty much describes the issue! Trying to setup scan to folder and have input all the users into the address book on the wim but for some reason the users aren't showing on the device (MP8001)

There are no error messages from the wim so I am a little confused?

There was a HDD issue on this machine which led to a format and previous users being lost, could this have caused some setting to have changed on the copier?

ensure that while you are updating the WIM settings, no one is using the machine otherwise you will not be able to save it.

Sp 5846…050 initialize the addres book. Had this happen afew years back when a tech did a format.
