    Completely messed up!

only thing i can think off is you interchanged the C(charge) and B(bias) connectors at High voltage board,re-check please!

look for machines birth certificate somewhere in the front door,if it isn't there which I'm sure it wont be,get it from another working machine and manually input the non default values!

    if it helps?

Never, Never, Never execute SP5-801! It will only make things worse. If you replace the NVRAM then you must do SP5-801. In all other cases DON'T DO IT!

It won't burn any fuse unless HVB or terminals make any contact with main frame, connecting C and B back to proper terminals on HVB should cure the image problem, but there is a tiny fuse on that board (continuity check with multimeter) if you wanna make sure it isn't blown!

Why did you do a memory all clear? What did you think it could POSSIBLY fix? It's not something done as a matter of course, i.e. I've just changed the toner, time for a memory all clear!

Anyway, you'll have to change that HV board.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                Hit it.
