[Error Code] Ricoh-M171 Scan to Email "Specified destination not Programmed error"

Getting the following error message when trying to bring up LDAP search on Aficio MP-171 Device.

LDAP settings appear correct, and connection test within configuration is successful.

Any suggestions for fix for users that may have had this issue would be appreciated

I would suggest examining the search base with a utility like Softerra LDAP browser and filtering the results with the email attribute used by the MFD.
From your description it seems that you have made a succesful connection to an LDAP database but the attribute being searched does not exist in the database. (Typically the attribute is either mail or email)
