[Error Code] AFICIO 1035/45 with intermitent SC 304

Hello!
I am trying to fix an AFICIO1045 with SC304. appearantly transfer section and transfer belt assembly etc are OK. Cleaned ID sensor but the problem is there.
Any guidance by he seniors please.

Okay, so what did you change as far as to the PCU unit? charge roller ? bushings ?

Just replaced transfer belt cleaning blade two days back.

Check output of ID sensor. replace if necessary. Otherwise probably HVU, or IOB. But better yet....RETIRE IT

sc 304 is notorious on this model. PM the pcu will solve ur problem.
