Ricoh MPC2500 LCD Display

Hi, I have an MPC2500 with a blank LCD display, mc powers up, other lights on control panel work, if you guess where items are on display you get a reaction, but machine will not go to ready. You can even enter service mode.
Have tried replacing control panel, main pcb, power supply, disconecting non vital parts from main pcb but nothing has the slightest effect. Any ideas appreciated.

Polygon fails and takes out the BICU with it, so they both must be replaced at the same time

x2 on this one, log into the WIM and you'll see the error code

If the code is SC 202 you can change the BCU alone.....if it's SC 204 best to do the laser(or polygon motor alone if you like) and BCU as a pair.
I had the same fault yesterday and WIM said SC 202 and the BCU alone fixed it.

BICU its an easy fix

The polygon motor: if u rise the hexagon mirrors , under you will see how bad it got fried
