    [Jamming] Mpc2050 strange jamming problem

Hi i have the above machine which has the two standard trays set up as A4 (tray1) and A4R (tray2).
Tray 1 will do black and white copys all day long no probs it will also do single colour fine, as soon as you do full colour it jams all the time. These jams are a) in the fuser wrapping onto the belt b) just coming out of the fuser by an inch and c) one inch out of the exit unit. However when using tray 2 with A4R black and white, single colour and full colour the machine works perfectly and does not jam. If i put A4 in the bypass or in tray 2 it jams. The machines fuser has had a new belt, press roller and sponge roller it has also got the latest firmware installed.
    All help fully appreciated.

    Hi
Have you tried it on single colour.....?
TTT: Adjust the enterance guide to the fuser plus increase the Lead edge in Sp modes. Also look out for crap on the strpper bar.

    Good Luck

How much coverage and how dense is the image your trying to print? I would suggest setting tray 2 to thick 2 to see if it works and then go from there.

Is it normal 80gm2 papper you use?
On Mpc4000 I hade a simular problem, the problem was the paper.. If you run to much color on a cheep paper, it get stock in the fuser.
