Non-OEM toner is never a good thing to try, especially in a colour machine. The savings you may think you're getting will end up being used in your drums, developer, and fuser being used at a much higher rate, not to mention the copy and print quality issues like you're having.

agree! one of our client used this kind of toner then end up replacing the dev't unit and fusing rollers.

Dirty laser causes white lines, not black lines.

Well, where the laser hits the drum, that's where the printed image occurs, so if the laser is blocked by toner on the glass that will result in lack of printed image.
Still, you said that is a little glass. If it is about two centimeters square or smaller, that could be the laser synch sensor lens. While I've never seen this before, I suppose if the laser synch sensor lens was dirty that might cause the laser to fire somewhat erratically, causing black lines. The next time you have the laser unit apart, you might want to check for a leak in the laser unit housing near there that lets the toner in, and cover the leak with electrical tape or something.

well i have another question ,i donot think the dirty is toner ,if it toner leak in,there will be little toner in the bottom of the laser synch sensor lens.
but in the bottom it is nothing,so confusetion.

change new BLK drum and developer as a set and see if it still leaks.
