Re: mpc4501 single pass feeder jamming
If you could tell us what jam you are getting that would help. Without much information all I can say is have you tried tech bulletin 13 on the D088 series yet? -

That bulletin 13 is so vague. What does this fix? Maybe i'll call ricoh and ask them when I get a chance.Comment

Re: mpc4501 single pass feeder jamming
You said you did sensors. I'm assuming you replaced or cleaned the reg sensor and the scanning entrance sensor. If so how did the felt look that those sensors point at? Try cleaning that up with a can of air and dabbing them with a black Sharpie and see if that helps out. I've also had where the guide mylars in that bend have gotten bent and will catch the paper intermittently. Hope that helps.Comment

Re: mpc4501 single pass feeder jamming
If the originals are getting ripped, you've got something stuck in the paper path, like a staple or something, or maybe a mylar has a nick in it. Go look for that. The only other thing that would rip originals would be that the feed belt and separation roller are worn out, and you claim to have changed those already. Good hunting!Comment
