Minimum service contract volume for MPC2050?

Have a customer just bought an mpc2050 and only runs 400 - 500 total pages per month.
They would like to have it covered under a Service Contract covering parts, labor and supplies.
What is the lowest viable volume and pricing that would be worth covering this at?

CPC (Cost Per Copy) Per Month. Minimum 2k B/W per month. Markup price for color W/ no minimum.
Add your costs up @ CPC. Toner, DV and parts. Mark these prices up by whatever you please.
Add a few $0.0? per extra function. (Print/ Scan/ Fax)
The minimum covers labor time, but if you take your time and do the call right the first time you make good money.
Find a good IT/Copier guy and pay him per call for connectivity and charge customer per call for IT support and split the money.
A monthly contract is easier to manage and money is coming in every month.
Annuals cost you money if there is a massive machine failure, a monthly you only have to pay back the remainder of the month.

Use your head and get creative.

Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
