Savin 9228 S (D084) folding paper through ADF

Hello everyone!!, This is a fairly new field for me, but got it pretty much hands down now after about a year of servicing machines, I have this ONE machine a Savin 9228 SP. I've checked basically everything from a staple to a possible bend Mylar, but no luck,
Here is what happens, when you place a paper in the ADF, you press Start, the ADF takes it in with no problems, but somewhere where it makes the turn over the optic glass and out the ADF it will bend the top left to left middle of the paper, Ive tried everything but no luck, any suggestions as to what it may be, thanks everyone in advance.

"Hands down" after 1 year? Really? You've seen and solved pretty much everything? I'm confused as to why you're here then?
So much for us dumb veterans that still come here for advice from others on a regular basis after many, many years I guess.
Sounds to me like what most techs would refer to as a 'dog ear', and it's common with the left hinge of the DF3030.

When I first started, of course I was OJT (on the job training) I was left solo after 1 month, after that, started with the small Ricoh 171 machines then color C4500's then wide formats, then the Savin Pro 907ex production machines. But im not trying to be cocky, thats why I seek the advise of "vets" that have had years under their belts and I will gladly take the advise so thank you, really appreciate it.

Interesting. So you should have advice to offer over a wide range of machines.
The spirit of this forum is supposed to be about giving as much, or more than you get - just like Christmas! . Please don't be the type that just shows up, gets what he needs and takes off. We have WAY too many of those grinch types around here these days!

Sorry, I'm starting to get into the spirit of the season
        Good luck with the DF.
