    Ricoh 3045 blank prints

I've checked the dev unit and there is no dev on the mag roller. I then turned the dev unit unit there is dev on the mag roller. This works fine for a few days and the same happens again. Developer has been changed and initialised.

What can this be and is there any setting I can change to makethe den unit mix more of ton???

Are you sure the dev augers are turning? Take the front cap off the dev unit, cheat the front door and try and do some copies. The gears do eventually wear out. Is the earthing strap missing off the back of the mag roller?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Yes the dev augers are turning. When I turn the rear dev gear I can see it mixing from the dev entrance. The earthing strap on the mag roller is present. Very strange

Order a new development housing unit (it's cheap). I've had similar issue on MP4000 where the development auger shaft turn into a circle instead it should be an oval shape. It is where the development gear lock in position to turn the shaft. It's not the gear problem.

            Wipe off the mag roller.
            Insert DV unit in machine.
Let machine run and look for patch on drum with right door cheated.

            No patch, no toner.

If clean mag roller is still blank, you have no drive to the unit.
Turn DV motor by hand and see if drive gear turns under pressure.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
