    Af 2105 SC323

At first it was poping sc323 once a week and it was geting more regulary.
Now its every couple of copies
I changed all the door switches

Any other possible causes before I stretch for a LD unit?

    Thanx!

Do you mean reentering the pitch settings printed on the label of LD unit?

        OK,

this is definetly an overheating problem...

In the morning machine always works fine for an hour or so
When the insides heat up really well, the SC323 starts poping
I turn it down to cool it.
        Works again

Also older models(1085) had that stated under a reason for SC323.
        2105 doesnt
1085 had a filter for a cooling fan that caused overheating if cloged
2105 doesnt have that filter. They thought by removing it,overheating vouldnt ocoure

Well now aluminium cooler on the housing of the LD unit that the fan blows to is all dusty and dirty...and other insides...

Have to take that thing apart and give it a good cleaning.

        Will report back...

        Any suggestions are welcome also.
