Strange how Ricoh hasn't addressed this yet. It's been happening since the 2060 series and got worse with the MP series.
I prefer the "fix" I found here @ Copytechnet over the Ricoh official idle time settings, but both seem to work.
Change Sp1107 -1 & -2 to 195*
Change Sp1107 -3 & -4 to 70 sec.
Set Sp3904 to 2
Set Sp2804 to OFF (this is because you'll get Sc305 codes after you change Sp3904)
I prefer this because with the idle time settings, the machine tends to start the idling process again after you make a copy.
