You need Postscript sd card in order to print on MAC. There is not other way. The cheapest way is buy a Windows Computer and hook it up.

Yes you can. Download this : foomatic-rip-4.0.6.230.dmg , gplgs-8.71.dmg , pxlmono-1.9.dmg. Install :1.Foomatic 2. GhostScript 3. Pxlmono . Now you can print. It is a an emergency solution. Best is of course Postscript3 SD card.

While no Ricoh machine works 100% with any of these drivers, some model machines work better than others.

I can tell you from painful personal experience, for example, that the MPC2050 won't work at all.

Best to just bite the bullet and add the PS card; you may find one used if you get lucky.

Foomatic and GhostScript are PCL emulators, which like everyone else has stated have limited success with most models. Macs really only have a decent chance of printing with PostScript installed as CUPS is based on the PostScript PDL. I always tell my customers that the PostScript requirement is just an extension of the Apple Tax.
