SP C410dn Light Cyan Output & Vertical Bands in colors

Hello,

My machine is a c410dn. Cyan outut has been getting lighter over the past few months, and vertical bands appear in the colors (mostly cyan).

It was time to replace the black PCU, and the color had about 12% left on it, so I decided to do it all at once. After replacing all the PCUs and giving the machine a good cleaning, the problem still persists. The yellow also fades out on the right side. (see attached scan). My next thought would be to replace the transfer belt, but wouldn't that affect all the colors?

I'd love to hear if anyone has any ideas.

it looks like a dirty laser shield glass... did you have any toner fall into the shield glass while cleaning?

Yes, actually. Someone didn't have the yellow toner cartridge
completely locked, and yellow toner got everywhere.
I thought I got it all, but I guess not. I'll clean some more and report back.
