problem with ricoh wide format 2401

hello evry one

i have problem with ricoh w2401 (A0) after i install this product and i did all program it need in the first installation but after i complet and i make a test counter

ther is blak line in width for paper (the width for line about 5 fnger in right for paper ) i think the proplem with (LPH) or whate?
