[Error Code] MPC3000 SC670

According to Ricoh, SC670 will pops if bad communicate of BICU and controller.
This machine only pops when make copies and scanning.
However the machine prints from the PC are okay. Wonder anyone encounter of this problem before?

Try reseating all connectors, not just those between the BICU and controller. Have you tried swapping the boards with another machine? If it still fails you may have a defective board.

Is frimware current?? Reseat/replace memory dimm's, posibly bad HDD try formating after backing up the address book and machine settings. Did I mention frimware?????

Tried replaced memory, HHD, controller board, none of them were the cause.
Replace BICU, problem solved.
