ricoh AP3800 / Savin CLP28 says error z2 clear paper jam in duplex but there is no z2

The printer will not warm up, goes stright into this error witht red light on and sayig to clear the jam in z2 Duplex Area, Of course there is no z2 and I do not see any paper or anything else out that could be causing this. Has anyone seem this before? Thank in advance!

Do you have the user manual? There is a procedure for clearing paper jams in the duplex in the appendix of "Maintanence Guide 1".

Excellent, thank you, found it. What threw me off is that the display said to open the front cover to see the instructions and there were no instructions for a z2 area jam, so I figured it must be something weird.
