SC203 in Aficio MP2500

Normally this SC203 is displayed when the duplex harness is damaged and touches the ground and the BICU is damaged.(Q11 is burned)
Does anyone found anyother cause for that problem?
SC203 and Q11 in BICU damaged?
May be anyother harness damaged?
