      Have you tried crash-stopping the machine to see if the wrinkling appears before or after the fuser?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                  Make sure the paper in the drawer is flat and the guides are touching the paper.

                  Try a different drawer.

                  Read the OP manual.

                  Call a tech.

                  In that order. Nuff said!
                  Why do they call it common sense?

                      Problem in the fuser OR open the lower cover on the right side of the machine and see if one of the black paper guides is out of position. They will also cause a wrinkling/jamming issue.
