    Ricoh MPC4000 duplex printing

Customer has preprinted paper with header in drawer 1. When you give a single printjob to this drawer, the
text is printed as wanted on the front side (with header).
Why is it that when you print duplex to drawer 1, page 2 of the document is printed on the front (with header) and
page 1 printed on the back side ?

Is this a simple adjustment in the driver to change the printorder so that page 1 is printed on front (with header)

anyone.. . thanks in advance !

Put the paper with the header faced down in the tray. Set paper type for that tray to Letterhead. In the printer user tools set the Letterhead-setting to automatic. Now every duplex job will print correct on letterhead paper. Every single sided job will also be fed through the duplex unit, so that page 1 will print on the side with the header. Make sure to set the paper type to Letterhead in the printer driver.
