[Misc] Ricoh MP6001

Hi everyone. I have a Ricoh MP6001 and all the fans are blazing away. When I put the machine in Energy Saver mode even more fans come on in the PSU sections. I don't know why and checked everything. I once heard about this on a machine and it needed a Firmware update, mine is currently on 1.19 but I don't have any update or access to the firmware. Can anyone advise or help with the Firmware update.
