MP 3025 display issues...no touch screen, even with a complete control panel swap!

Went to a customer a couple days ago and repaired a clutch in the doc feeder.
As I went to check the copy count I found the touch panel X/Y way off.
So I did a touch panel adjustment. And it would not adjust at all...never even saw my touch of the screen.
Ok ordered a new touch panel, installed it today. Absolutely the same after the touch screen install.
So I run back to the office and grab a spare complete control panel off a working machine.
Go back and install it on the problem machine...exactlly the same as when I first looked at the machine a week earlier.

So what is the next thing to try if the entire control panel has been replaced and still no touch screen?

LOL customer asked if it's time for a new machine...LOL, do I really want to fix it? Yes I would like to fix it... :-)

    Thanks
    Jeff D.

Check the connectors between the OP and controller board; reseat them all, just in case. Had some OP problems recently that was fixed with this and a RAM reseating.

If FU6 on the PSU is blown it will cause an unresponsive LCDC, although some motors will also be affected.
      NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING

Yea the funny thing is that nothing else seems to be affected. All other parts of the machine seem to be working. Customer can even duplex from her desk.
Just a weird problem, and a first for me. This machine is on it's third touch screen issue since I installed it 2 years ago.
But this time it seems it's probably not the screen but another issue.

        Ok thanks for your thoughts.

If replacing the screen hasn't helped, then it would seem that you're likely looking at an IPU board according to the GG:
