480 is for a Drum Cleaning motor Error on the Black. Good luck digging around in these machines without a manual.

try new toner, and look for broken gear.

Either a flipped blade in the black pcu or the felt on the drum side seal has become dislodged.

Thanks i found the problem. It was the toner caking up in the black cleaning assembly exit preventing the motor from turning.

Did you test the motor at all?
Because if the motor fails the auger won't move and the toner will pile up.
