SR 4050 finisher

Hello Sirs,We have a problem with this finisher attached on a MP8001 machine. when you turn on the machine,the finisher immediately hammer(do stapling) and then issue a paper jam. when you unjam by open/close the finisher front cover it will hammer again after that the staple unit will move infront instead of going to home position(rear). Thank you for your help.

Try a new stapler unit harness. This is a common problem with this finisher.

X2, there is a tendency that during the movements of the staple unit the harness will be cut.
