Have multiple models (5500,c4500,and c3000) that have the DOSS installed as an option. Run into problems where the data light will just sit there and blink if they do a hold print job. Customer has windows authentication turned on also. You have to power off the machine so others that are just sending regular jobs can print. Tried reloading software with latest versions. Seems to only happen with models that the DOSS is installed. Looked at tech pubs with no luck. Anybody else run into this
