[Error Code] Ricoh MPC 2500 SC 492

Hello,

I have problem with Ricoh MPC 2500. On print or copy, there was no yellow colour. Machine print and copy normal, without any code or message. Only on SMC report, I see service code SC 492. I replace PCU unit, developer unit, paper transfer unit and high voltage supply unit. Problem was the same. When I replace image transfer belt unit, I solved the problem.

Perhaps a service manual would have saved you time and money. Afterall, A transfer belt is what is called for with SC492
