Ricoh 3224C Used toner bottle 2 almost full

Working on a Ricoh 3224c that displays used toner bottle 2 almost full.
I emptied the waste toner bottle 2 and the machine still displays the same message.
Is there a code i need to enter to reset the used toner almost full message or does it reset itself?

This machine has 2 Waste Toner Bottles, one for the Transfer Belt and one for the Drum Belt (Don't know anymore which one is 1 and which one is 2). Both are located behind the front door.

take both bottles out and gently slam them back in sometimes that little tab where u grab the bottle gets stuck or check the feeler on the back of bottle make sure its not stuck

I would suggest that you empty both waste tanks regardless. The other one will come back to haunt you anyway. Also not sure which is 1 & 2 but one is in the middle of the drum/transfer belt assembly and the other is along the bottom of the same unit. They have soft caps that can be removed for empting. Be sure that they truly in all the way upon their return to the machine.
