    LANIER

    Hello,

    We are currently a Kyocera dealer, we are thinking of taking on lanier. Only because of software solutions, and better priced printers.
    However I am curious to no if the Lanier products are as reliable as the Kyoceras?
    Any input is apreciated!!!!

      What products? all of the MFP's or faxes or scanners or just in general?

          As a whole the product line is pretty strong. It does have some weak models, in my opinion, in the smaller desktop printer line. They don't seem to be profitable under a maintenance agreement for us. Other than that, they are (again in my opinion) a good and reliable product line.
          the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

                  I'm going to say it again, try to persuade the sales staff to not put the desk top printers and MFP's under maintenance. In our experience, when they are used hard they are parts hogs. Bad for maintenance but great for per call!
