    [Misc] MP C3500

Hello All. I'm not a tech on these machines, but figure I would ask those of you that are.

Ricoh MP C3500 - When you print the margin is off to one side on the long side of the paper. Is there a quick fix for this or what do I need to do.?

    Thanks In Advance

    Michael

When you print the counter and test pattern do you see any problem?

I'm thinking you're not actually a tech on copiers period. Is that correct?
So, I'm not about to go through the "how to's" of entering SP mode, and navigating to the correct SP, but if you have the manual, it's in there.
Quite simply, you have a registration issue, and "yes" it's a simple adjustment to perform, (but not so simple to explain)
Either that, or the tray guides are mis-aligned.

I've noticed of the term "printing" from customers also means copying from the ADF. Simply you have a dust or white out sitting on your small glass on the left hand side.

Can you scan and post an example?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                Hit it.

Go to SP mode and adjust the lead edge or side to side registration..............

PDF file would have been more appropriate, but it is now confirmed that you have a slight registration adjustment to be made in SP mode
