hi experts i have a copier restarting problem in ricoh aficio mp 9000 after every 20 to 50 copy machine it will showing message in display press restart
i check controller connectors all is ok plz give me any solution for about this.

there is no any sc code but where i check sc history

You can print out the SMC with a list of some of the past SC numbers with SP5-990-4. If you just want to view them you can with SP7-403-1 to SP7-403-10. If you don't know what these numbers mean or how to get to them you will need the service manual.

Not all SC numbers are displayed on the screen at the time of the error, but are still logged there.

If you turn off SP5785, the machine will display the sc code when it is generated, allowing the customer to quote it when they log the call. This code disables the sc auto reboot mode. Could the process control system be causing your issue? The machine checks automatically at certain programmed intervals or at the end of the job. As already stated, you will need to know the sc code to aid diagnosis.
