Scenario: C4502 in a real estate office w/ 30 agents. Yes this machine works hard. I've looked all thru everything Ricoh/Savin has documented/posted regarding toner & ck'ed all firmware issues. The issue is there is always at least a coffee cup full of toner left in the color cartridges when the machine declares "toner end". I see no SP's to address this. It is supposed to be a function of how long the toner pump is on & the process control. It does not "fail to recover". It simply declares no gunuine toner installed if you put the partial tube back in. No other issues at this time with this machine.
