    MPC4500 Drivers

I have a client that has Server 2008 R2 Enterprise running a 32 bit virtual server for terminal service clients (4) and the drivers for the MPC4500 will not install on this server. There are other Ricoh MFP's installed and running, HPs running and Sharp MFPs running using a SC2 port. Error is there are no drivers for the op system in the folder but we have tried both 32 and 64 bit versions. Any ideas? Would there be a alternative version of drivers that would work in this environment??

Get help and support with Ricoh products and services. Find information, download software, drivers and manuals, submit meter readings, register your Ricoh products or get in touch.

Thank you for the link, is there something there that I should specifically be looking at? I have worked with the network administrator and we have downloaded and tried 6 versions of the MPC4500 driver without a sucessful install. Would the MPC5000 series or 6000 series be compatible?

Most of the Ricoh drivers are cross-compatible, you may lose a function or two but if all you need is printing it won't hurt to give it a try.
