MP 3350 Pressure roller with dodgy bearing.

Not shure what are we doing wrong here, pressure roller bearing keeps disloging after a while on MP 3350...bearing that is backed up with a spring to prevent him from falling out of his place.
This results in no pressure to hot roller and pappers come out smudged and half of imprint isn't "melted" on papper.
My colegue fixed it the first time...he just placed bearing in it's place and machine worked fine, after some time we got same call, this time it was mine turn,I placed bearing back in place and I pulled the spring to give more pressure on bearing.
I hope this is the end of it but just in case I'd like to see if anyone had this issue,it probably happened after replacing hor toller or some fixing assembly intervention...perhaps I'm owerlooking something that isn't in it's propper place, thanks.
Gears, springs, clutches, sliders, connectors and electronics...who on earth can tell what's wrong with it?

One of the metal tension levers is likely bent and/or not installed correctly. Obviously, if it comes off, the roller can shift and lose contact completely. I did this to myself just the other day

We often had this problem on the 2027 model, havent seen it much on the 2550/3350.
What we did was put a bushing/washer between the spring and the bearing so that there could be no movement which sorted the issue

paperclips it to the frame is the most effective and cheap way.
