problem with ricoh mpc 2030

hi all

the problem with this device is their is Yellow line on copy A3 .

this line appere just with A3 i changed this item and the problem and the line still :

1- opc drum (All)
2- ITB(image transfer belt)
3- ITB cleaning
4- ido ACC + test patern

plesae help me to solve this problem

Does this happen when you do an internally generated print as well - like the colour printer test?

Have you done single colour test prints (you can set the machine to allow this)

0: ACS, Colour, Black & White, Two Colour, Single
colour
1: ACD, Full Colour, Black & White
Selects the color selection display on the LCD.

I have a feeling your laser path is involved here, but one needs to isolate it first, by more tests.

Can you possibly post a sample photo of the prints?
