Hi! I took over service on an old Savin 3515MF. I am trying to set it up for scan to email however I seem to be having trouble with the settings. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Scan to email could prove tricky on this old box, and impossible if the account you're setting up uses any type of encryption. Otherwise the setup and workarounds for almost all these boxes is pretty much the same -a little ingenuity, and trial and error is always handy.
A step by step "how to" is not really realistic or practical for something like this.
I would suggest searching the forum, because it's been discussed in dozens and dozens of threads.
TIP: Use comparable Ricoh brands/models in the search instead of Savin/Lanier, etc. you'll have more success.
