MP 2510 with faulty brand new Ricoh PCU's ???

I had wierd thing related to PCU in 2510 machines.
Got a call to inspect wierd prints on 2510 at customer,2 litle spiderweb like smudges on paper repeating in diametar of drum...I was suprised to se that it's a brand new Ricoh PCU that did about 2500 prints.
I cleaned PCU and I inspected closely drum surface but I culdn't see anything resembling the smudges on papper, put it all back togather and it's the same.
Week later another customer with 2510 called me for "won't load toner"...brand new Ricoh PCU that did about 1000 prints with both smudges same as previous and gear broken...I figured that gears are broken bcs gear axis, conecting mylar gears and mag roller gear, had drop of glue that hardened and slowed gears down...but still can't explain the spiderweab smudges.
I'll post some pictures and I'd like to see if you guys have any opinions, cause I'm getting tired of rebuilding PCU's and it seems we got some wierd shipement of new PCU's.
Gears, springs, clutches, sliders, connectors and electronics...who on earth can tell what's wrong with it?

I don't know if this will help, but sometime back in the '90s when Lanier machines were mostly rebranded analog Toshibas, we had a problem for a little while where oil would leak into the drum housing of a couple of models when they were new, which would cause a kind of spider web looking print defect. I think there was even a tech bulletin for that back then. That was quite a while ago though, so I don't remember exactly where the oil came from, but I think it was from the bearings or bushings in the drum housing.

      Hi there!
Had a similar problem with weired copies/prints, and the only solution was to change the pcu for warranty. Something was wrong with the drumsurface but nothing to see on the drum! Also cleaning the drumdriveaxle & the earth-contacts in the drum may help.
      Greetings...

The same problem with some 1515 PCU .
It seems that they came to a bad bushing for mixers of dev.unit.

If I remember correctly, I think it was the 6550 POS. I believe it was a bad seal on the rear drum shaft bearing..I'm going to quit now as I'm aging myself...lol
