Lanier LD050 - Consistent Issues and now jamming all the time

LD050 has had issues for some time and started blowing toner all over near developer assembly/PCU and transfer belt. I have cleaned and cleaned, and returned to clean again after user attempted to use the copier while the toner bottle had a hole in it. Now...the issues are as follows and I am at a loss.

Issue 1, despite new web cleaning roll/feeler and sp reset and then new web cleaning assembly is still saying cleaning web needs replacement. Sensor that was shipped did not match part in unit. Right now, the web feeler on the replacement unit is broken off. I have reset SP multiple times and it doesn't clear. The web cleaning roll in the old assembly did appear to be functional. It was advancing.

Issue 2, the unit consistently jams with a J019 error, right after the paper exits the registration roller. It folds into an accordion and doesn't make it to the drum. It does this every time and was jammed when I got to the site the first time w/sc350. I have cleaned the guts multiple times and it still keeps jamming. I have only been able to find one reference to the jam code using google and that pointed to the duplex sensor....

Issue 3, there is still toner leaking onto the blue tab that is used to rotate the registration roller in the event of a jam. It is where the blue tab is and where the transfer unit assembly fits into the right side when the door is closed. The developer assembly is new and still clean, so the toner must be coming from somewhere else.

The waste toner bottle is full...so I know I will need to order that.

Prior to these issues, the copier was producing copies that were consistently lighter as you made them. I have previously rebuilt fuser, replaced developer and PCU, registration roller, toner cartridge holder, transfer belt.. after last cleaning I put in new PCU and developer assembly plus new web cleaning assembly.

First off, are you running OEM toner?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

To the best of my knowledge, that is all that has ever been in this unit. I installed a new toner a couple of months ago when I installed the new toner holder assembly because the previous one had a broken handle and then another new one when I installed the latest parts (developer/PCU/web cleaning assembly).

Okay. If the waste is full, that's where your registration roller will be getting it's mess from. Just open the three screws on the bottom of the transfer unit and vaccuum it out. While you're there, take the transfer belt off and clean the bias rollers, doubtless they'll be filthy. When you've gotten rid of the contamination from the transfer unit, take the side door off and vac the living death out of the machine from the side, these things have a "shelf" that lives between the PCU cavity and laser cavity and it gets horribly full of toner. You'd probably be best off taking both feed stations, the PDCU, fuser and laser unit out of it and just cleaning it until you can see bare metal again. With the parts you've fitted up to now that should pretty much sort it. With regard to the blue handle, you might have to split the reg section and take the rollers out to clean the bearings and bushings.

The Z-folding issue is a bit of an odd one. The only reason I've seen wierd jamming issues at reg is the dust catcher is missing from front of the reg rollers.
