    ricoh mp 4000 web certificate error

    I can ping and print to this copier however when I go to the web page I get web certificate error. right now i am connected with a cross over cable still can not see the interanal web page but can print to it

    SP 5985-1 is set to "1".

    just call me clueless

      Could be something in the Extended Security settings maybe? You can also reset all user settings to default and see what's happening (Press # and select System Settings to reset the System Settings to default.

          Also do an NCS memory clear, there might be something wierd and wonderful in the security settings as Eric suggested.
          It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

              reset 5801-11 ncs seems like it took two or three times but its working now
