    Nashuatec 1805D with dodgy prints.

Had a call today about this Nashuatec 1805D that can't print same thing on 2 pappers without moving it.
    Propper print.jpgShifted down print.jpg
It is printed with some custom made MS DOS program, trick is that Programer that made it was allready on spot and after hours of failed atempts he passed ball to photocopier servicer...me.
I went there and printed something from Word,Notepad and stuf...2 pappares comes out identical,I print 2 pappers with Custom made program it's shifted as u can see up there.
I replaced printer board just in case and it was same...first papper comes out with ewerything in place and ewery next papper comes out slightly shifted down.
I'd simply love to pass the ball back in the programes court (and to beat the crap out of him) but I'd like to ask here first if anyone had some similar issues...meybe even with other programs like Word,Exel and so on...
Meybe firmware culd fix that...or I shuld just take another machine to show how prgram makes dodgy prints on it as well and make an end of it...
Gears, springs, clutches, sliders, connectors and electronics...who on earth can tell what's wrong with it?
