[Misc] E-5100 install on Ricoh MP C4000

Hello,

I have a MP C4000 copier and purchased a working E-5100 Fiery rip for it.

Does anyone know what I need to do to install this on my machine.

I do not have a manual for it and I want to make sure I do everything correct when I install it.
