Ricoh VT 2250 ERROR CODE E-13

I have the opportunity to pick up a Ricoh Afficio VT 2250 for FREE.
Problem is, it's throwing an error code E-13.
As far as I can tell that might mean "Zero cross, main board or, Power supply"
If I'm correct, is that fixable and is it worth it to persue?
Do I need Parts, or just a re-set of some kind?
Anyone know the procedure to remedy error code E-13?

E13 is the scanner home position sensor.

Probably the scanner wires come off before taking delivery of said machine ask them how many prints its done if its above 1.5million then dont take it.

PS you do know its a duplicater and not a photocopier right?
