Looks like transfer cleaning unit not working properly or over life.

Yep, agreed, ITB cleaning unit required, that is one of the set up patterns that you're seeing. It puts patterns on the ITB to check image density and colour registration

my thoughts also except all other prints are fine. seems like printer not cleaning after music pattern although turning off music did not remedy.

Turning MUSIC off isn't a good idea. You'll get registration errors. Just replace the ITB Cleaning Unit.

This hasn't got anything to do with firmware, it's simply a worn out cleaning unit. The cleaning unit isn't only a blade, there's also a brush roller. If you replace the whole cleaning unit by a new one, I'm sure this problem is solved.

This is a common issue. It is not firmware. Replace the cleaning unit. This is like Ricoh training day 1.
