Richoh 3260C Toshiba 4500C 1 Cyan line on page

I was thinking this would be a PCU problem but am wondering what in the PCU would only cause 1 line on the page. Also the line changes lengths. It seems that if there is more color printing on the page then the line goes the whole way across if there is only a small area then the line may only go part of the way across the page. It is in the direction that is seems that it would be a line across the drum but there is only ever 1 line and it is not consistent as to how wide it is. I will try to scan samples to show you what it looks like on the auto calibration page vs. a color picture. Thank you

Also, these come out of the machine the other way (landscape) The scanner auto -sized the "calibration page" because it was blank on the sides. There is no cyan on that page anywhere except the small area that you can see in the cyan and magenta area. The second page has it almost across the entire page under the text box for the fence. The scanner does not pick it up real well but i can see a very faint line across the entire picture.Any ideas would be appreciated.
