This customer upgraded their server to a 2008 X64 standard and when trying to find a driver we cant add duplex or bypass tray in accessorie options . Has anyone run into this before and what is the fix for this ?

Duplex and Bypass Tray are standard options on this machine, so there's no need to add these options in the printer driver. If they're not present, maybe you installed the wrong driver. Drivers can be found at :
